A star studded cast lead the way in the Lee Daniels-directed biopic, “The Butler.” The film, based on the life of Eugene Allen, stars Forest Whitaker as Cecil Gaines, a butler to eight presidents in the White House during his tenure from 1952 to 1986. He plays both witness and inherent player of some the United States most pivotal changes in racial and political climates.
The A-list roundup for the film include Oprah Winfrey, Robin Williams, Terrence Howard, Alan Rickman, Cuba Gooding Jr., Liev Schreiber, John Cusack, Mariah Carey, Minka Kelly, James Marsden, Lenny Kravitz, Nelsan Ellis, David Banner, Jane Fonda, and a serious laundry list of others.
