New Music: Drake, “Hold On We’re Going Home” And “All Me”

New Music From Drake All Me And Hold On We're Going Home

How delicious is all of this ’90s infused new music bumping through the speakers? Drake is the latest to take a walk down memory lane as he released yet another new song, “Hold On We’re Going Home” from his soon to come to pass album, Nothing Was the Same.

Lots of electronic baseline work paired with melodic singing void of any rap rhyme and rhyme, Drake is offering something fresh and currently while at the same time providing a sense of reminiscent of love songs that were actually  about love.

I got my eyes on you
You’re everything that I see
I want your high loving me motion
And lastly, I can’t get over you
You left your mark on me
I want your high loving me motion
And lastly, cause you’re a good girl and you know it
You act so different around me
Cause you’re a good girl and you know it
I know exactly who you could be
Just hold one we’re going home
Just hold one we’re going home
It’s hard to do these things alone
Just hold one we’re going home

The Canadian rapper premiered the official single last night at his OVO festival in Toronto where he also brought out special guests TLC, former/current friend/music protegeThe Weeknd, Big Sean, French Montana, Wale and Aubrey’s role model, Mr. Kanye West, who performed  “New Slaves.”

Check the song below.

And because we’ve been intentionally sitting on “All Me” featuring Big Sean and 2 Chainz. Let’s get it to it!!!
