Another week, another fun fall trend to try!!! Anti-trendy me is daring to navigate the realms of the Northeast my way as I suggest you do as well. The leaves will be changing soon enough, so let’s hop to the next trend forecast!
If you weren’t loving Grunge, may a touch green glam will make you salivate.
The trees will be green with envy as you take on their summer wardrobe. Emerald was MAJOR on some of our favorite runways as they blazed with the decadent shade of superiority.
Without showing my love for trivial knowledge, emerald represents hope (I am hopeful this fall and winter isn’t too brutal. Please cold, be kind), well-being and harmony. Incorporating the Color of the Year into your wardrobe will provide a sense of balance against your well stocked closet, and is an excellent complement to every shade, acting as a color-filled neutral.
A mixing of textures and shades are always personal fan faves. Own the look by elevating it with varying textures like Marc Jacobs did with his obeisance to the ’50s. A series of greens are also an excellent means of achieving the look, with an accent of emerald in the form of fur, namely this beautiful Stone Marten accoutrement.
Fall weddings are a great place to try out a haute couture variant of the trend. Take a cue from Louis Vuitton.
The pigment is so delicious, that it is by default high glam, so take the hue, and make it yours. But you knew that already, right? Couple of online finds below:
